Every report a fund sends, from the morning briefing to the regulator.
The desk has its pack before the trading day, and the committee, investors and regulators receive theirs on the firm's schedule, each filled with the platform's own figures.

European and US reporting.
Committee and liquidity packs, investor reports, MiCA client statements and the Annex IV risk inputs, with an investor letter and factsheet for firms in the United States.
Approval and record.
A second person approves each report before it leaves, and each issued version is kept for seven years as it was sent, sealed with a signature the fund's auditor can check.
No figure typed by hand.
Each number is read from the platform on the day the report is made, and the report closes with the sources and data dates behind it.
What Pearlixa can report.
Risk committee pack
For the risk committee or board, read before the meeting. A summary in plain words, then returns, market risk and what drives it, limits against the risk profile with the breach log, stress tests, the back-test, leverage, liquidity and the committee's decisions.
A report is built from the pages the team already reads.
One click from any page.
While a report is open, every chart, table and figure on the platform carries Add to report. One click places it in the report, filled with the portfolio's figures.

Into Word and PowerPoint.
Panels collected from any page become a Word document or a PowerPoint deck on the firm's own template, each with a line naming the portfolio, the page and the day it was taken. A table also copies straight into Word.

Into Excel, already a table.
Every series on the platform leaves as a finished table, one row per day, in CSV or Excel, or as an address a spreadsheet refreshes on its own. In Excel, the add-in puts a figure in a cell, and the firm's own workbook comes back filled with its formats, formulas and charts kept.

How a report reaches the committee.
Start from a template.
The risk manager picks the report and the portfolio.
The platform fills it in.
Figures, tables and charts are filled in and shown as they will print.
Write and approve.
The risk manager adds the commentary, and a colleague approves the report.
Schedule and send.
The report goes out as PDF or Excel, by email, Slack, Telegram or webhook, and a correction reaches everyone who had the earlier version.

Written for the firm's file: every report with the rule it follows, how a report is built, approved and sent, and the data that goes in and out.
